      Our 10-Step Training Programme

      Course Overview

Following an induction, we will introduce your individual project, which you will work on as the course progresses.  Our tutors will guide you through the requirements and you’ll have the opportunity to develop this as your skills build.

Each day, we’ll focus on a new topic, combining fun activities and dynamic learning content to enable you to learn in a relaxed, supportive environment.

We’ll develop both hard skills, such as learning how to carry out appraisals, or how to recruit effectively, but also the softer skills that make the difference in effective leaders, such as empathy and delegation skills.

Finally, at the end of the programme, you’ll present your project and demonstrate the skills you have learnt along the way.
