Meet the Team

We’re Bob, Dave and Rachel.

With a passion for training, and helping people, we work tirelessly to provide you with the best service we can – every day.

Bob Hayward – Managing Director

Bob is an entrepreneur and business leader with a proven success in creating and running businesses.

His expertise is in business growth sales consultancy, corporate internal communication, and world-class training.

With a passion for adult business skills training, whether soft skills like first aid and fire safety, or hard skills like driving a forklift truck, Bob has created a training centre that is a relaxed, fun, safe and yet challenging place to learn these vital skills.

David Gearon – Training Director

With over 20 years’ experience of operating and training on different types of lift trucks, Dave has brought all this knowledge and experience to this role.

He knows that training can be stressful for some people, so he ensures that every delegate that enters through the front door is made to feel welcome and relaxed so they can enjoy the course.

He wants to provide the best training that we can, so that our customers and participants are assured high standards and great value for money.

Rachel Gearon – General Manager

Rachel brings over 30 years of customer service experience to her role.

She has worked for both public and private sector customers, helping to develop outstanding processes, with the aim to deliver an excellent customer experience for everyone we work with.

She gets overly excited about spreadsheets and stationery, but tries to bring some order to the office and to make our training centre feel like a home away from home.
