IOSH Working Safely – One Day Course

Our Working Safely course is recognised by CSCS as an equivalent to a Level 1 Award in Health and Safety in a Construction Environment (face-to-face courses only). That means that delegates who successfully complete a classroom-based Working Safely can apply for a CSCS green Labourer card once they have also passed the CITB Health, Safety and Environment Operatives Test.

IOSH Working Safely course is for people at any level to gain an understanding of the essentials of health and safety. It focuses on why health and safety is important. It helps individuals understand how they can positively contribute to health and safety within their organisation. This course ensures that individuals understand their responsibilities clearly and fully. The course covers all the basics in a high impact interactive format.

This one-day course is for people at any level, in any sector, needing a grounding in the essentials of health and safety. Everyone at work should have an understanding of why they must ‘work safely’ and this course offers exactly that, in a refreshingly informal way.
