Met them(Rachel & Dave) at the county ground jobs fair. Then attended their "Introduction to warehousing & storage " course. Now just passed my reach & counter balance fork lift truck course with them. Very friendly & professional always happy to repeat & explain everything. Would happily recommend them.
Would highly recommend without a doubt. I went in for a forklift taster day, completely full of nerves, thinking to myself "I could never see myself doing this for work". A few weeks later came the training for the counterbalance, the instructor was so calm, full of laughs and energy that I forgot I was nervous to begin with. In just a week's training and mock tests I managed to pass my actual exam and get my licence thanks to the instructors help and guidance through out the amazing experience. 5* hospitality all round.
Having looked around for a forklift training provider in Wiltshire, I found this company in Kembrey Park Swindon. Not only do they make nice coffee, they are very good in what they do. They also offer Reach truck, First aid, Fire safety, Manual handling, and Health and safety courses. I completed the Novice forklift training. I chose this level as it's been a while since I used one. They offer a FREE taster day give them a call.
Excellent sight to train Dave was my trainer and he was great it's also a really friendly place to learn staff are brilliant I would highly recommend key performance training 👍🏻

Awesome. I got nothing but excellent things to say about David, Rachel and Key Performance Ltd. I completed my counterbalance forklift refresher and reach truck conversion course. From start to finish I was made to feel at ease(as we all get nervous,lol). David explain the whole course and how we would progress through it step by step. David was easy to approach if I had any worries or concerns I had. He got the job done and done right. Excellent. 🙂 Rachel was very kind and reassuring too. Awesome. Thank you guys. I recently completed the counterbalance forklift truck course and had a great experience with Dave! Very comprehensive teaching methods and all round top bloke! He gave me lots of tips for the quite niche role I am working in and have been putting them to good use already! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to learn how to drive a forklift to a good level! Cheers Dave.

I was very nervous getting back into forklift driving I had a 3 day course it’s intensive but great they give you the confidence and motivation to move forward. I worked using forklift trucks years ago and then the training was moving in and out of cones and if you didn’t hit one you passed This is a new ball game through and hard work but worth it knowing that when you pass you have the skills and knowledge to do the job safely and correctly Thanks again
It was really a fantastic job from my trainer Mr Dave with his nice skills provided to me during my training. He is very polite and very good trainer i ever had in my life.No more words to say but only i can say is that he is the best and this credit for my achievement goes to him .God bless him always..

I can't talk highly enough about Dave, who is without doubt one of the best trainers I have ever met. Proffesional and totally down to earth. He made us feel completely comfortable the whole four days we were there. I never once felt under pressure, even on test day. Top marks. 🙂

I was looking to change direction in my profession. I decided to take a Cpc course to become a professional lorry driver. I also took a forklift course for high reach and counterbalance forklifts. Bob Haywood and Dave Gearon answered all my questions and I enrolled on the courses. I would have to say they provided the most thorough professional courses that I have ever been on. I would strongly recommend key performance to anyone who wishes to take simaler courses. Well done Bob and Dave 5 stars
