We are excited to announce that we have launched our new Personal Protection Training course.

This course is designed to teach you the practical skills combined with the correct psychological attitude, strategies and appropriate knowledge of the law to give you the confidence to act in the face of a violent situation. 

We will teach you how to avoid them and give you the confidence through proven techniques to act if the situation demands it.

With a steady rise of violent against women and girls, there is a pressing need to ensure all women have the skills to help them deal with the violence that they are experiencing.  This course will do just that and is suitable for anyone over the age of 13 years old.
