Spaces Now Available on our next NVQ!

Following on from the huge success of our first NVQ Level 1 Introduction to Warehousing and Storage, we are delighted to announce that this will be running again soon.

Working in partnership with New College’s Adult Education Centre, this is a wonderful opportunity to attain a national recognised qualification with just 5 days training.  And if you’re currently unemployed, you may be able to get this course for free!  (See below flyer for eligibility criteria).

Introduction to Warehousing and Storage Poster

The course will cover such topics as:

  • Manual handling
  • Picking, assembling and packing goods for dispatch within a logistics environment
  • Health and safety in the workplace
  • Understanding legislation and guidance within the industry

Successful attendees will gain a Warehousing qualification that will increase your chances of finding employment.  It could also progress onto forklift training.

Date:     Monday 15th April 2024 to Friday 19th April 2024 (5 days)

Time:    9.30am – 4.30pm
